| Motorcycle Vacation Planning |

along the route, and our trained professional guides are
there to assure that you have a good time along the way.
For the past 2 years we have offered preplanned Motorcycle
Vacations that have been very popular, this year we have
decided to make this popular service available to your
destinations and ideas.
filling out our comprehensive questionnaire that tells us
where you would like to go, what you would like to see and
how long you would like to travel. You also define what kind
of roads you would like to travel on, kind of accommodations
you would like to stay in and what kind of dinning you prefer.
After we accumulate all the information that is required, your
guide starts to plan your vacation. Exceeding your expiations
is our goal, so there is a review process built into the
planning phase of this service where you approve the route,
the accommodations, and the dinning choices.
After the planning phase is complete then we send you all
the Custom Guide Book that we will use on your vacation.
The 1st day of your trip our guide team will meet you at your
destination for you ride and safety briefing, and vacation
review.
There are many other services we can include into your
vacation, we can include the accommodation reservations in
the cost of your trip. We can also include the use of our
support vehicle in case of motorcycle mechanical
malfunctions or to haul extra luggage or a reserve motorcycle
for your group. If you need a rental we can work with our
rental partners to provide you the perfect motorcycle for your
vacation.
The cost for this service ranges from $250 to $350 a day, we

up to it with making plans and spending time on the phone. We start
the process by finding out where you want to go, what you want to
see and how long you want to be gone. We then have you fill out our
vacation questionnaire to find out your likes and dislikes.
We plan out your route based on our experience and your
recommendations. With in 2 weeks you will receive the draft itinerary
for your approval. After the route meets your approval we then send
you the unique turn by turn maps, up to 3 hotel suggestions with
contact information, and dinning suggestions along your routes. We
also send you Mad Maps with your route highlighted along the way.
There are lots of options that you can chose from to include in your
vacation planning packages, we can make your hotel accommodation
arrangements for you, we can include the National Parks Pass, which
can get you into all of the US National Parks in the US. We also can
also include our Signature Concierge Service which while you are
riding we are making reservations for your dinning, entertainment and
attractions that you might be interested in visiting.
We require at least a month's time to plan your vacation. The price
for this service depends on the service level required. Plan for
between $40 and $100 for each day of your vacation .
